Maverick, The Intrepid and Pickle Backs

Can you believe this event was free? We had the great opportunity to go to a Summer Movie Night on the U.S.S. Intrepid!  Not just any movie, TOP GUN!  I think this is one of the absolute coolest things we have done!

Rob had fun with the Nikon, capturing some amazing shots.

Me and Kelly

Later that week we had the chance to catch up with some dear friends from the first CG we were a part of at Apostles.  We went to Slide in the Village.
Chris, Rafael, Dan, Robby

Ashley, Linda, me and LaVon

The next morning we had brunch at Sarabeth's on Madison Ave with Che and Kelly.  Che lives in Miami and volunteers with Athletes in Action, the ministry I worked for after college.  Kelly is one of the University of Miami students that participated in our bible studies and that I would meet with one on one!  She is now living in NYC and Che was here for a visit.

We all walked Robby to work after brunch and got this great group picture at lululemon athletica.

Later that night we went out with friends from church to Whiskey Town.  This is a fun bar that has a DJ playing music from the 80's on up to popular songs today and it is just a blast.

Rob, adopted little sis Christy, me, Maggie.  When we were in the Hamptons, we had a lot of fun dancing with Maggie and her hubby Jonathan.  They have got some moves!! So we knew we had to plan a fun dance night with them, and it was a success.

Token blurry shot of the night.  Jessa, Christy, me, Maggie, Kelly, Amy.

Grabbed Artichoke Pizza with the Thomases after Whiskey Town.

The Artichoke Pizza is made with Artichoke Hearts, Spinach, Cream Sauce, Mozzarella and Pecorino Romano Cheese.  It was our first time having it, but certainly not our last!
